Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Marine Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 20-25 years of experience in offshore oil & gas, offshore wind, marine, EPC, heavy industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 10 years of supervisory and construction management experience in fabrication yards, module yards, or offshore construction projects.
- Proven experience in managing fabrication and construction activities for offshore structures, topsides, jackets, modules, piping systems, or marine facilities.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary construction environments involving structural, piping, mechanical, painting/coating, and commissioning interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience in contractor, subcontractor, and vendor management.
- Experience in loadout, sea-fastening, transportation, and mechanical completion activities is preferred.
- Previous experience in HVDC platforms, offshore substations, offshore wind projects, or large EPC projects will be a significant advantage.
